Returns & Damages Policy
We accept returns on eligible wholesale orders in accordance with the policy outlined below. Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unused condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
In the event that merchandise arrives damaged or defective, we offer a 100% guarantee on damaged items. Customers must provide clear photos of the damaged product and original packaging for review. Once approved, damaged items may be refunded or replaced at our discretion.
After a return or damage claim has been approved and the items have been received by us, please allow approximately 1–2 weeks for returns to be processed and refunds to be issued. Refunds will be applied to the original form of payment. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to damage or an error on our end.
We strongly encourage all wholesale customers to inspect their orders upon arrival and contact us promptly with any concerns to ensure timely resolution.
